Do you clean tracks and screens too?
Yes — tracks, sills, frames, and screens are part of our standard Inside & Out clean, not an upsell. Exterior-only packages cover the outside glass and frames.
What about high or hard-to-reach windows?
We carry water-fed pole systems and ladders rated for multi-story work and reach most second- and third-story glass safely from the ground or a stable setup. If a window genuinely can’t be reached safely, we tell you before booking.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior-only cleans, no — just leave gate and tap access. For interior work we need someone to let us in, but you’re welcome to go about your day while we work.
